The legal asso­ci­a­tion for Tellers with­out Borders/Erzähler ohne Gren­zen is based in Ger­many. There are no oth­er region­al legal orga­ni­za­tions yet. Nev­er­the­less Tellers with­out Bor­ders is an Euro­pean ini­tia­tive. Once a year an inter­na­tion­al sym­po­sium is held. This has an open part with work­shops, sto­ry­telling and lec­tures and the annu­al meet­ing of the core group.
